Al-Noor College of education and ETT institute has opted Educational Institution in the comparatively less educationally advanced area of the State of Jammu and Kashmir at Bandipora. All of us know that the every concept of education is essential ingredient of human resource development is playing an archetypal role in dispelling the clouds of doubt, ignorance and diffidence in the minds of the people.
